Cookie Care
Our cookies are baked fresh and made without preservatives. To keep them at their best, we heat-seal each cookie so they stay fresh for up to two weeks. After that, the texture and taste may start to change.
Not planning to devour them within two weeks? No problem! Pop them in the freezer as soon as you get them, and they’ll stay good for up to a month. Reheating instructions are included in your box so you can enjoy them warm and gooey.

We ship to Canada, & USA (United States)
Canada:
- Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and usually arrive in 1-2 business days, depending on your location.
- Express shipping times may vary.
- Note: We don’t ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Shipping Days:
- We ship Tuesday to Thursday. If you place an order after 9:00 AM on Thursday, it’ll be shipped the following Tuesday.
International Shipping:
- All international orders are shipped Monday to Wednesday to give them the best chance of arriving the same week.
- Signature required upon delivery.
