Everything you need to make the cutest of penguins is in this lovely set which includes 1 large ‘mummy’ penguin cutter and 1 small ‘baby’ penguin cutter. Each cutter also has an accompanying strip containing the eyes, tummy panel, hat, and scarf to decorate both sizes of penguins. This set can also be used to create two sizes of snowman and robins, great for Christmas cake decorating!
