This is a great powdered sugar for toppings and holds up under plastic, on top of icing or whipped cream. Can also be used on fresh doughnut, muffin and other pastries.
How to Use:
To use on dessert, simply sift the Snow Sugar and apply using your desired method.
NOTE: Do not use on warm confectionery products (Max 25°C) to preserve water-repellent effect.
Works great on dessert that are not too moist. If the dessert is too moist, the Snow Sugar will melt.
