Product Instruction: CMC / Tylose Powder
Use Dry: Use 1(tsp) CMC powder knead into 2lbs Fondant to convert into gum paste consistency.
Use as Gel: Mix 2(tsp) CMC powder with ½ cup of Luke warm water to make gel like from to glue gum paste flowers or knead into Rolled Fondant to achieve more stretch ability.
Additive: Can also be used as stabilizer in dairy syrup & ice cream.
