EasySweetz Royal Icing Mix – 500g – Just Add Water

EasySweetz Ready-to-Use Royal Icing Mix offers a quick and convenient solution for decorating cookies, cakes, cupcakes, and more — just add water! Each package contains 500 g of royal icing mix, specially formulated for smooth piping, flooding, and decorating.

Directions

1. Place the contents of this package into a mixing bowl fitted with a paddle attachment.
2. Add 65–75 mL of water.
3. Mix on low speed until incorporated.
4. Increase speed to medium and mix for approximately 2–3 minutes, scraping down the bowl at least once during mixing.
5. Mix until smooth and desired consistency is achieved.

To prevent crusting, keep the icing covered with a damp cloth or plastic wrap when not in use.

Prepared icing can be stored unrefrigerated for up to 3 days when properly covered.

Pro Tips

• For thinner icing, add water gradually, 1 tsp (5 mL) at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
• If icing becomes too thin, add additional icing sugar, 1 tbsp (15 mL) at a time.
