Storage :
Store in a cool, dry place away from light once opened, Our Gum paste dries very quickly and should be kept in sealed airtight container. Coat unused gum paste with a thin film of vegetable shorting wrap in polythene to prevent drying. Do not refrigerate.
Ingredients: Sugar, corn syrup, water, partially hydrogenated, soybean and cottonseed oils, gums (sodium alginate, carboxymethyl cellulose, xanthan gum, propylene, glycol alginate, guar gum), artificial flavor, titanium dioxide, citric acid, potassium sorbate.

I’ve never used gum paste before but this product had a great consistency, rolled out beautifully, the gel colour I used incorporated very well resulting in a bright, vibrant colours and it cut well using the star plunger cutters I also purchased. I also really appreciate the care used to package this gum paste to ensure it didn’t dry out prior to use.
